The QINOUS ESS is the ideal choice for hybrid off-grid systems and innovative grid connected applications. The solution comes in an insulated standard compact housing or shipping container – without a need for any further protective building structure, vandalism-proof and ideal for operations in remote areas and challenging environmental conditions.
All components are pre-installed and factory tested at our assembly line. Once at the site the QINOUS ESS is simply connected to the power grid and communication lines. It is easy, it is fast, and it is reliable.
The QINOUS energy storage solutions’ integrated Micro-grid and Energy Management System assumes grid responsibility: it manages the energy flow between the various generation units and the load, and controls frequency and voltage in the grid.
The status and performance of the components is permanently monitored and controlled via the integrated energy management system. Whether on a desk or on the go – you can check the system anytime and anywhere.
Lithium-ion batteries are our choice after more than five years of evaluation and testing. They are able to provide and absorb energy within milliseconds at any state-of-charge for any depth-of-discharge without a resting period.
